NATURAL NUTRITION BCAA
Natural Nutrition BCAA has several benefits that promote performance during exercise and recovery. he BCAA supplement provides energy to the muscles and replenishes glycogen so that you become less fatigued. Also, it helps to recover the muscles faster and to prevent muscle breakdown during training.
What is BCAA and how does it work?
BCAA stands for Branched Chain Amino Acids (branched-chain amino acids). BCAA is a combination of 3 essential amino acids, namely L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. Being essential amino acids means that it is not produced by the body, but must be obtained through diet or supplements. BCAAs are the first amino acids used as an energy source by muscle tissue. Without adequate BCAA supply, the BCAAs in your muscles can become depleted, resulting in fatigue.
BCAAs support performance because they play a key role in insulin action. The job of insulin is to transport nutrients to the cells for muscle energy and to replenish glycogen. Besides, the BCAA L-Leucine helps to activate mTOR which stimulates the muscle protein synthesis. The muscle protein synthesis helps to build muscle size as well as strength. Also, BCAA is ideal for muscle recovery after training and the protection of it during training.
