By ordering from Natural Nutrition by Nieky Holzken you automatically accept these terms and conditions.

Once you have placed the order and have been confirmed to you by email, the agreement is binding. atural Nutrition by Nieky Holzken is entitled to refuse an order. For example with incorrect address details.

Prices and costs
All our prices include 9% VAT and exclude shipping costs. All typing errors and price changes are subject to change.

Delivery
We try to ship orders that are completed before 16:00 on the same working day. You will be notified of the shipping status by email.

Right of return
ou will receive our products on sight for 14 days. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product to us within 14 days. The products must be returned in the original packaging as much as possible, then it automatically falls under our warranty.

Shipping and Delivery
Your package is not insured with us from the moment of shipment If the product appears to be faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service immediately.

Privacy
By ordering you simultaneously give permission to Natural Nutrition by Nieky Holzken to use your personal data if necessary. Your data will only be stored to the extent necessary for the realization of the purposes for which the personal data is obtained and processed by Natural Nutrition by Nieky Holzken.
